1. Physical Hardware Returns

Defective physical enterprise hardware may be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. A 15% restocking fee applies to all open-box non-defective returns due to enterprise provisioning and logistics costs.

2. Digital Goods & Diagnostic PINs

Due to the irreversible nature of digital license keys and diagnostic PINs, all sales of digital software allocations are final. Once an invoice is paid and the digital service is rendered or the PIN is generated, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for eligible physical hardware, contact our enterprise support team with your order reference number. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
